You will be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us!

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchase from PicnicTrip.com, you can have the confidence that you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, no deductions at all. Customer is only responsible for Actual Shipping Cost. Please Note that that Defective Items are replaced without any charges at all(We will send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back to us and the replacement item is send to you free of cost ). In order to qualify for our Return Policy, we require you to call or email us with in 30 days of purchase to get a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which is required to return an item. After 30 days items cannot be returned.

All returned items to PicnicTrip.com must be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund. and returns Item must also be packaged in the original manufacturer's box. All of the products parts, accessories, registration cards, etc must be returned for full credit.

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 1 week after your merchandise is received and inspected.  

 If there is some problem with an item that has been used, then please return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. We do not hold responsibility of used items.


Replacement Policy for Damaged / Defective Products

We ship every thing new, but if somehow there is a problem with the product, we will happily replace it with a brand new one free of cost . Defective Items are replaced without any charges at all(We will send you a prepaid shipping label to send it back to us and the replacement item is send to you free of cost ). But after inspection if the item is deemed to be not defective we will charge you for the return label shipping and money will be refunded less the return shipping.

In order to qualify for our Replacement Policy, we require you to call us within 7 days after the shipment is delivered. After 7 days of delivery defective and damaged items will not be replaced. If you send defective/damaged items back to us after 7 days of delivery of item, we will send the item back to you and charge your credit card for our shipping cost.



How to Return a Product to PicnicTrip.com
 
In the unlikely event you are required to return a product to PicnicTrip.com follow these instructions:

1. Contact us to receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA is required to process a return.  Returns without authorization are subject to refusal .
2. Carefully repackage the product in the manufacturer's original packaging, making sure to include all parts and paperwork. Missing paperwork or parts will result in extra charge.  You may be required to place the manufacturer's box in a sturdier, shipping quality box.
3. Return the product via UPS or other insured shipping provider.  It is recommended that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number as PicnicTrip.com is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise that is being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price.
4. Place a shipping label on the box and return the product to the address given below.  Please remember to include your RMA number on the shipping label. Do not write directly on the manufacturer's box- please use a shipping label so that the box may be reused. A box replacement charge will apply if the box is written upon.

7) After we receive your package, It will take 1-2 weeks to refund your money after we have inspected the returned item.

Can I exchange an item with something else?

Yes. Please place a new order for the item you want on our website. Your new item will be shipped to you. You have to return the unwanted item back to us for refund back to your credit card. Our Return Policy Rules apply to the returned item.

If the shipment is returned back to us?

If the package is returned back to us due to undeliverable address or did not accept the package or for any other reasons, then we will refund your money less the shipping charged by the carrier(2 way shipping) and 10% restocking fees.
